Andrea lives in a small village on the countryside called Pederstrup. That’s about twenty minutes by train from the city centre and our high school. From her window Andrea can see farms with crops and animals. On the picture you can see a horse carriage which passes her home every day. The farms around Andreas home are organic which means that you’re allowed to pet all the animals – the pigs, cows and horses!
Clara lives in Copenhagen about fifteen minutes on foot from the city centre and half an hour on foot from our high school. Copenhagen is the size of a small Chinese province and home to about a million people – probably very different from Hangzhou. From her apartment window on the fourth floor, Clara can see a small part of the Sortedam Lake. The Lake is home to many ducks, herons and swans as seen in H. C. Andersen’s fairy tales. Many people pass by every day on their morning jog. The Lake is flanked by many chestnut trees.
